12. For Information only on presentation from South Texas Rural Health Clinic to be the  Operator of the Nursing Home.

13. Discussion/Consideration/Approval of recommendations to submit full application to build an Alzheimer Unit for 8 residents and 52 regular patients for a total 60 bed nursing home.

14. Discussion and/or possible action to authorize bids for site location for nursing home provided sufficient County owned land is not sufficient.

15. Discussion and/or possible action to name the nursing home.
